javascript debugger?

when i view my site offline (from my hd), i don't get javascript errors, but when i view it from the web, i get js errors from ie. does anybody know why this happens? and does anybody know any good javascript debuggers. i wish to try one that is simple, as im only new to javascript. your help would be greatly appreciated

Make sure that your .js file on your server and that the link is correct - will look for a good debugger for you :-)

The debuggers in Netscape/Mozilla are good.
