Looks pretty good...Give Ultimate/Mega, otherwise I'd say it's pretty good.Also, Relation is a factor and Digishift(Example:BubbleBiyomon)

Well OG, relation isn’t really all that important, so it’s ok to leave it blank. After all, all the players here aren’t going to be related with each other. And also, there’s no need to write your Digimon’s Ultimate and Mega forms at the moment. Next Gen will ask for them later on. For now, the highest form is Champion.
Now, for the bio. I don’t mean to sound like an ass, but you could consider writing a bit more information on you profile, especially your History and bio. Put things like how he would go about his life everyday, how did he get to find his Digimon’s egg, and if it was in the Digiworld, how’d he get there in the first place? How did he become a Digidestinied? It would help us get to know your character better.
As for Digishifted forms, they are a kind of stage Rookie Digimon shifts to, but the Digimon are much powerful, almost like at Champion level. They look similar to the regular Rookies and the name has an added word that starts with the same first letter as the Digimon’s name.
Ex: PetalPalmon, AquaAgumon, EtherealElecmon, GlacierGabumon. Get it?
I'm not sure about 'Flame' being a symbol for your Crest. Crests are supposed to symbolize a Digidestinied’s most prominent traits, such as Trust, Friendship, or Honesty. But there are other kinds of symbols, like Dreams, Miracles, Wonders, etc. I'll let Next Gen decide on that.
And finally, I know we’re all not good in typing, but please make your spelling correct, as most of us may have a hard time understanding what you’re saying. There is a spellchecker you can use just beside the Reply button, or if you have a Microsoft Word program, just type it there then Copy-Paste it to your reply.
