Re: roadrunner camshaft
Mopar Performance lists a "resto" camshaft for the 383hp with these specs-268/284 duration,46 overlap,115 centerline,.450/.458 lift.It is possible to measure the cam lift with the heads off using a dial indicator but I don`t know if they have numbers stamped in them or not?

383 Road Runner engine

Cam Duration
Intake 276
exaust 292
overlap 54

lift at 0 lash
intake .450 in
exaust .465 in

I took these figures from a 68 Road Runner mag add in an old Mag

The cams don't have part numbers in them that I've seen. But when they're still in the car, you can remove the valve cover and measure the total lift on one intake and one exhaust valve right where the rocker meets the lifter shaft. Then, you can check the specs to see what you have (look at the Mopar Performance cam lists which show specs for all of their performance cams). If you already took the cam out of the engine, then measure the narrowest diameter of a cam lobe and subtract it from the largest diameter of the same lobe. Then, multiply the answer by 1.5 and that is the lift for that lobe. Do this to two in a row and you'll know the number for one intake and one exhaust valve. Then, do the spec matching game to find the part number.
